My name is Michael L. Lyle and I am running for one of the four Councilor at Large seats. During my lifelong residence in this community, I’ve had the pleasure of seeing it grow and prosper. I will continue to support initiatives to maintain that growth for the future stability of all in our community.

I spent the majority of my adult life working for one of the finest communities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. For the last 16 years, I served as a department head for the City of Melrose; responsible for preparing and managing a multi-million-dollar annual budget.

In addition, I have been elected to the Melrose Retirement Board for over a decade. The position has provided me with a foundation in the retirement system locally and statewide under the guidance of the Public Employee Retirement Administrator Commission (PERAC).
